THANK YOU

Dear Central Family,

Thank you for all the blessings during recovery from my recent surgery. I truly appreciate all the meals, cards, texts, phone calls and especially the prayers. The basket Juanita and Rondell delivered had so many delicious goodies! I love you all and am excited to be back with you in person.                                                                                                  Love,

Deborah Brown

THANK YOU, WEIGHTED BLANKET MINISTRY

Thanks to Central Family ladies for the Weighted Blanket ministry!

On April 9, 2022, Agape of North Alabama recognized the ongoing work of Central in sewing “weighted blankets” for young children. The blankets are sewn to detailed specifications to calm children who have suffered trauma.

Central women have worked hard for several years to sew these blankets and provide them to Agape for distribution to families in need. This is an opportunity to minister to families of children who have special needs, and a great way to serve others if you have an interest in sewing.

James 1:27 – “Religion that God our Father accepts as pure and faultless is this: to look after orphans and widows in their distress…”

A plaque detailing the award will be displayed in the library.
