Pfuehler, and brother, Paul Warren. Her mother is undergoing chemo
and has been exposed to COVID. Her brother has diabetes and has become sick
with COVID.”
Ø Please keep Cheryl Etwaroo’s sister and
her family in your prayers, as her sister’s house was devasted by a fire in
Queens, NY. Cheryl has flown over to the states to be with her.
Ø Cathy Farless: “The wildfires in Colorado are very
close to my daughter, Carrie, in Loveland. The evacuation zones are less

change and/or they get lots of rain.”
Ø Nikki Holley: “Prayers of Thanksgiving for my niece, Caitlin
Pratt. The doctors finally found and are working to correct the painful
difficult problem she has been having with her stomach. Thank you ALL for the

Praise and Honor to our God. Our God is healer and Awesome in power!!”

Please ask for prayers for her safety.”

Friday, he is responding very well to the chemo and is almost in remission! He
is at 3 months of treatment where the doctor wanted him to be at a year. Please
continue your prayers that he will continue to respond well to treatment. Thanks
to all of you, the cards and prayers and calls have been a blessing.”
Ø Grant

TRUNK OR TREAT
It's happening and we need you!
With so much uncertainty and separation, this event will be an
opportunity for our congregation to gather and provide a safe and fun
experience for our community.
When: October 31 (Saturday)
5pm-9pm (We will be wrapped
up and gone by 9pm.)
Needs: Approximately 25 families
(cars) to decorate and handout candy
8 kitchen/food
helpers
2 greeters
(hand out bags)
2 parking lot
attendants to assist members and others in parking until 5pm (We will then open
the office side lot to anyone.)
To address safety/health concerns:
1. All cars and spots will continue to be spaced
out as usual to make sure our congregants are six feet apart
2. All Central folks need to wear masks (feel
free to incorporate that into your costumes!)
3. If you are handing out candy, it needs to be
PRE-WRAPPED.
4. Whomever hands out the candy must wear gloves
and not allow trick or treaters to grab candy on their own.
5. We WILL still serve food, however only a select
few cooking people will be allowed in the building.
6. All food (as always) will be pre-wrapped and
handed out by selected GLOVED/MASKED workers.
7. Building will be closed to everyone except
Central members – you can use the bathrooms near the glass doors of the
gym.
To participate and/or donate
(money/food/candy) you can contact Rodney Keeton (256-520-9196 or rodney@centralfamily.org)
OR go to the link below and register your family online!
