REJOICE
We rejoice with the angels over the birth of a new brother. Bryce
Kuykendall, who has been studying with the Nances and Guthries,
was baptized Monday, December 23rd. Please keep Bryce in your
prayers as he is overseas and will return in March.

brother/brother-in-law/uncle.” (Update: Dana

Stephanie Clark: “We are
thrilled to announce that we are expecting our fourth child in early July!
Please pray for our family as everyone gets used to the idea of a new addition
and as we seek wisdom concerning purchasing a new house for our growing family.”

Ø The Guthries: “Praise God for the baptism of our friend, Bryce Kuykendall, last week. He has

Our sympathy is extended to The Eads Family in the
passing of Sonja’s step-father, Wes Rager, Monday, December 30th.
His visitation is tonight at the Limestone Chapel on Hwy. 31 in Athens from
5:00 – 8:00 p.m. His funeral will be tomorrow at the same place at 1:00 p.m.

Our congratulations to Gail Jones (proud grandmother) and Clyde
Jones (proud great-grandfather) of a boy. Alexander Mark Ehsani was
born Monday, December 20th, weighing 7 pounds and 9 ounces.

VACATION RETREAT
JANUARY 17TH – 20TH,
2020
The campus ministry's annual Family Vacation Retreat in Panama City
Beach is here again. This year's theme is SHOOK, Shaken by God, Shaking
the World. As last year, those Central teens who are juniors and
seniors are also invited to join and the campus ministry will help sponsor
those that want to go. There will be special classes designed for them. Rodney,
our youth minister, will be going with the teens. We really hope this will
be well attended by our teens and college. The cost is $80 per
person. Note that cash will also need to be taken to cover meals. The
deadline for signing up for the trip is January 10. There will be a meeting
on Thursday, January 16, at 7:00 at the building for all those going. Trip
information will be discussed and needed forms will be filled out. If you
have any questions, interested in going, or interested in helping someone to go
that is financially unable, please contact Gerry Binford (256-508-9407).

PREPARATIONS FOR FRIDAY NIGHT LIVE
The sign-up list to
prepare meals for the college ministry at their FNLs (Friday Night Live)

Registration:

Suggested donation: $65 per couple to cover speakers and retreat expenses. Donations not
required but appreciated. Assistance by providing scholarship money will be
appreciated.

Childcare: If
possible, please make other arrangements for childcare and utilize in- house
childcare only as a back-up plan.
