WELCOME

We welcome Jackson and Allison Ledford, who met with some of the elders Monday stating that they would like to work and fellowship with us at Central. We are excited that they are with us. Please get to know them and encourage them.

PRAYER REQUESTS

Lorraine Baker: “God bless all my children.”

Garrett and Karin Bell: “Please pray for our friend, Becca Loudin, who is having major jaw surgery this Tuesday, November 9. She has struggled with this for about 15 years and is in low spirits. The doctor is not promising that this surgery will help.”

Lisa Cooper: “Again I request prayer for my brother, Greg. He is so lonely and depressed. Pray please for his uplifted soul and spirit.”

Greg and Kara Cornelius: “Please pray for my Aunt Charlotte’s family. She passed last night (Saturday, November 6th).”

Juanita Crittenden: “1) Thanks for your prayers for Chellé and baby (Nikki Holley’s daughter and granddaughter). They are both at home now. Please continue to keep them in prayer. 2) Pray also for Delois Smith and family. Her oldest sister’s son, Ozell Young, Jr., died of complication from COVID – He was only 45 years old and had only been married one year.” (Cards may be sent to Delois’ sister, Mrs. Verlene Young, 4800 Old Naylor Rd., Lake Park, GA. 31636-4412.”)

Chris DeArmond: “Just to pray for my family and the His Way fellowship to have wonderful holidays and to become closer as a family.”

Ed and Sharon Ditto: “Thanks to those who made the Harvest Banquet happen! Pray for Persecuted Christians. Remember to pray for Regina Ralston.”

Cathy Farless: “Please pray for my son Chris. He continues to struggle with neuropathy and depression making it difficult to work and take care of his home and family. If anyone knows a Christian or a church in The San Diego or Escondido, California area that might reach out to him with encouragement or help him with tasks around the house or in his search for a smaller and less expensive place to live, please call Cathy Farless at 256-509-3541.”

Don and Janice Phillips: “Please pray for protection for the missionaries being held captive in Haiti.”

Graham Ray: “As George Orwell pointed out, people sleep peacefully in their beds at night only because rough men stand ready to do violence on their behalf.

This morning (Sunday, November 7th) I cried for the family and friends of such a man. Few of us will really know where he stood ground against the violence of his world. We do know that God, this Nation, and family bound him in his beliefs. Following God’s Word and the constitution he lived a life of service and regrettably violent at times.

He is followed by his true love Elizabeth, his children, friends, and brother at arms. On this morning Rob moved to a peaceful place with no pain or violence.

So, when you sleep tonight do so with one eye open…God has release one more Soldier from his bonds of oath…”

Dorothea Thompson: "Prayers for my sister in Christ, Kim Cagle. Please pray that our Heavenly Father strengthens and comforts Kim and blesses her with a successful liver transplant Wednesday, November 10th. Thank you."

Mothers-In-Waiting: Emilie Porter (1/6/2022), Stephany Moore (3/5/2022), and Rachael Sherrill (4/11/2022)
