REJOICE

We rejoice with the angels over the birth of a brother. Eli McMeans, a resident at His Way, was baptized Sunday, January 31st. Please welcome and encourage our newest brother.

PRAYER REQUESTS

Bobbye Ashley is in Mitchell-Hollingsworth Rehabilitation Center in Florence, Alabama. Notes of encouragement may be sent to Bobbye Ashley, c/o Dr. Tim Ashley, 6125 County Road 47, Florence, Alabama 35634.

Debbie Cole: “Jamie has been diagnosed with melanoma on her wrist. Went Thursday to UAB to get a MOH surgery done but found out that her original site for biopsy is infected. So, 10 days of antibiotics, then back for surgery on her wrist if infection is gone. Asking for prayers that Jamie won’t get depressed over this new diagnosis on top of her others. We miss you guys and love you all!”

Greenleafs: “1) Please continue to pray for our neighbor, Erskine Valerie. His progress is slow. 2) Please pray for Christine Clouser Alexander who lost her husband, Wes, January 2. He was 34.”

Joan Palmer: "Please pray for medical challenges - non-COVID related for family in Louisiana, especially Betty Kirklin (sister), Bruce Harris (brother), and Claudette Luke (cousin)."

Mike Porter: “Pray for Greg Parker, who is a good mutual friend of Sam O’Hanian and I. Greg is an elder at the Chase Park Church and has recently been diagnosed with an aggressive cancer. I know several folks have sent me cards – for me it's a reminder that I have cancer, but it does lift your spirits to know that folks are lifting your name to the Lord. Greg feels terrible – but he knows the power of prayer. I'm sure it would lift his spirit.  Cards may be sent to Greg Parker, 2351 Villaret Drive, Huntsville, AL. 35803.”

Johnny Powell will be in rehab at least for one more week, possibly two at the most. His address is 2061 Poole Drive North, Huntsville, AL 35810.

Our Shut-ins: Amelia Biser, Deborah Brown, Jamie Cole, Lee Strickland, and Bill & Sherill Townsley.

Mothers-In-Waiting: Caroline Lowery (3/16), Heidi Haviland (5/5) and Anna Mosley (5/17).

Our Missionaries: Denisovs & Rahimovs (Tomsk, Russia), Kishore Etwaroo Family (Port Kaituma, Guyana), Carlos & Linda Eguizabal (Juayua & Salcoatitan, El Salvador) & YOU (Huntsville Area)

CONGRATULATIONS

Our congratulations to Daniel and Allison Goad, who are the proud parents of a boy. Andrew Daniel (right picture) was born Tuesday, February 2nd, weighing 8 pounds and 4 ounces. Grandparents, Ed and Melinda Goad, and Uncle Jonathan are anxiously awaiting his arrival home.

THANK YOU

Dear Central Family,

Thank you so much for the meals, phone calls, texts, cards, fruit basket, and especially your prayers as I recover from my recent surgery. I am so blessed to be part of this big and loving family and appreciate each of you. I look forward to being with you all again in person.                                                                                                                                                                        Love,

Deborah Brown
